フランスの有名なレストラン・ホテルガイド
『ミシュラン』。
レストランの評価を星で表すことで知られ、
毎年、ガイドに掲載された星付きの店が
大きな話題となる。
一つ星は、そのカテゴリーで特に
美味しい料理と評価されるもので、
「串かつ凡 北新地店」は、
2011年以来、毎年星を獲得。
シャトーブリアンやフォアグラ、
新鮮魚介など高級食材を使った贅沢な串の数々が
